Free Shipping

All NONUO products are shipped free of charge.
We use FedEx or UPS for delivery. Once you place your order, we’ll process and ship it as quickly as possible so you don’t have to wait long.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the continental United States.
Please note: We **do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories.

PO Boxes

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Please provide a complete street address when placing your order.

Order Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 AM ET will be processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 AM ET will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are usually updated within 48 hours after order processing.
Orders placed on weekends may experience slight delays until the next business day.
You can track your order anytime via our [Order Tracking Page], and tracking details will also be sent to your email.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Address Change: Within one hour of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to update or correct your address, please contact customer service or email us immediately.
    Note: Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional redelivery fees.

  • Product Change: You may change your order within one hour of purchase by contacting customer service. Once the order enters the warehouse, changes are not permitted.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before processing begins at the warehouse. Once processing starts, the order cannot be canceled.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or undeliverable, please contact our customer service team or send us an email as soon as possible. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Order Status

  • In Progress: Your order has been received and is under review.

  • Processing: Your order has been sent to the warehouse for fulfillment.

  • Partially Shipped: Some items have been shipped.

  • Shipped: The carrier has picked up your order; you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Delivery Issue: The carrier could not access or locate the provided address.

  • Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.

  • After-sales Processing: Return/refund request received and under review (1–3 business days).

  • Returned: One or more items have been returned.

Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please follow the guidelines below for a smooth return process.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
